Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach to Host Spook-tacular “Trick or Treat Off the Street”, Oct. 31

Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach is brewing up a frightfully fun Halloween with its annual Trick or Treat Off the Street event on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5 – 7 p.m. Children 12 years old and younger are invited to dress in costume to debut their Halloween looks while trick-or-treating from store to store at over 30 retailers across all three Tanger Rehoboth centers!
